Petrotek supplies the NHR10 Horizontal Machining Center, engineered for precision and heavy-duty industrial CNC applications. Built with an advanced T-shaped bed, gantry-style column, and front-mounted box layout, it delivers exceptional rigidity and stability, making it ideal for machining large, complex components in industries such as automotive, valves, mining machinery, textile machinery, plastic machinery, aerospace, shipbuilding, rail, and heavy machinery.

This horizontal CNC machine features a high-torque spindle with two-stage gear transmission, an optional W-axis (535 mm stroke, 130 mm diameter) for complex part machining, and hardened Y-axis guideways that maintain precision even under heavy cutting loads. The robotic tool magazine ensures automated and reliable tool changes, while diverse chip removal methods maintain a clean working environment and optimize productivity.
