Cyclone Separator

A cyclone separator, also known as a cyclonic dust collector, is an efficient air pollution control device designed to remove particulate matter from flue gases. Utilizing centrifugal force, it separates airborne dust and debris from the gas stream, capturing up to 99% of particles. The collected dust is stored in a container beneath the cyclone, which is easy to empty.

Product Features:

  • Capable of removing up to 99% of airborne particulate matter.

  • Operates effectively under harsh conditions with low maintenance needs.

  • Functions without the use of water, minimizing corrosion and upkeep.

  • Dust is collected in a container for easy disposal.

  • Low capital investment and operational costs.

Applications:

  • Removes suspended solids from wastewater streams.

  • Separates dust and particulate matter from chemical processes.

  • Collects abrasive particles from metal processing and smelting.

  • Pre-cleans air to improve the efficiency of cooling systems.

Industries:

  1. Manufacturing

  2. Mining

  3. Pharmaceuticals

  4. Agriculture

Specifications:

  • Particle Size Removal: Capable of handling particles as small as 100 microns.

  • Dust Loading Capacity: Handles dust loads of approximately 50–75 g/m³.

  • Material Construction: Typically made of durable materials resistant to wear and tear.
